Central University of Kerala (CUK), Kasaragod, Kerala is one of the 16 Central Universities established in the year 2009 by the Govt. of India by an Act of Parliament in Kerala. CUK invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from the registered legal entities, service providers, autonomous bodies, institutes etc. to undertake the following two major projects.

To prepare a Campus Master Plan (CMP), for setting up the permanent campus on 310 acres of land at Periya Revenue Village, Kasaragod District. This CMP would be a permanent legal document of the University to guide, plan and develop its architectural progress.

To prepare concept design and architectural plan for construction of the major buildings in the first phase.
The Terms of Reference for these assignments are available for free perusal and download from the University website www.cukerala.ac.in. The application fee of Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable) should be submitted along with the EOI for each one of the above said two projects.
The last date for receipt of EOI by courier/ hand for Campus Master Plan is 3.00 pm, 09.08.2012, and for Architectural Plan- First Phase is 3.00 pm, 31.08.2012.
Please write “EOI for Campus Master Plan” or “EOI for Architectural Plan- First Phase”, as the case may be, on the top of the sealed cover which should reach the University on time at the following address.
