Sealed quotations are invited for the following Partition work in the third floor of the BKM Towers, Nayanmar Moola, (Kasaragod campus) for providing Faculty Rooms (13 nos), HOD Rooms (3 nos) and Class Rooms (4 nos) as per the details given below:

Material Specifications: Partition: Lowest 4 feet = Particle Board with 9mm thickness: 3 feet = pinned glass; next 4 feet particle board – remaining height in glass. plain glass. Jindal aluminium channel (.987 mm thickness) for whole partition; separation at 4 ft by 4 maximum and Glass Saint Gobain (4mm). For every alternative room, the Partition height should be shorten to fit common air conditioners for two Faculty Room. HOD Rooms will have full closure as per the drawing.

The quotations should be sealed and superscripted as “Tender invited for Partition Work”

The rates should be inclusive of all taxes, octroi, Insurance, Packing , forwarding, transit etc,

The University has the right to select or reject any tender partly or fully without assigning any reason thereof.

The rate quoted shall on FOR destination basis at our premises.

Work should be completed within 15 days from the date of receipt of supply order.

The quotations should reach to the Registrar, Central University of Kerala, BKM Towers, Nayanmar Moola, Kasaragod – 671 123 on or before 3.00 P.M. on 28.06.2012 and they will be opened on the same day at 3.30 P.M. in the presence of bidders.

An amount of Rs.10,000/- as EMD and Rs.500/- as Tender Document Fee should be remitted in the form of Demand Draft from any one of the nationalized banks, drawn in favour of “Central University of Kerala”, payable at Kasaragod.

The bids without the E.M.D. and Tender Document Fee will be summarily rejected.

The tender is not transferable.
